Thanks to the blade movement of the Monsieur Cuisine, the distillate is prevented from burning and an even temperature distribution is ensured. The dimensions of the pipe of the distillation attachment guarantee that the steam rises widely and, as a result, the aromas contained are completely transported to the cooling segment. There, the distillate is condensed and transferred to a collecting vessel.
